"Jazzy Printing Online" is a division of “Colour Copy Centre Ltd.” in Whangarei, NZ.

We reserve the right NOT to publish any criminal, objectionable, obscene, abusive, deceptive, pornographic, defamatory, slanderous, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate material. Your images must not violate or encroach on the rights of others including their right to privacy; or contain viruses, worms, corrupt files, Trojan horses or other forms of corruptive code. Your images must not promote any illegal activity or harm anyone including minors.

By sending us your images or other material for printing, you automatically agree that you are the owner of this Content, or have obtained permission from the copyright owner in written form, and allow us a limited licence to print a copy for your use.

“Jazzy Printing Online” does not own the right to print the image beyond the order without your express permission. However we do own the canvas or any printing order until it has been paid in full. If for any reason you commission us to print your image on to canvas or any other material then do not pay in full, we reserve the right to destroy or dispose of it as we see fit, including the sale or retention of the finished printing.

“Jazzy Printing Online”has the discretion to decide whether or not any image or printing material is Prohibited Content, and any Content submitted will be examined.

“Jazzy Printing Online” may delete, move, and edit Content for any reason, at any time, without notice.

All Content that is processed on the Site is the sole responsibility of the person who submitted it, so you are responsible for your Content.

Third Party

Because “Jazzy Printing Online” offers an internet, email and mail delivery service, we rely on third party companies. This includes courier companies. “Jazzy Printing Online” takes absolutely no responsibly for the actions by any third party company that “Jazzy Printing Online” may use.

“Jazzy Printing Online” uses couriers to return your completed printing order to you. We will also provide you with a track a trace number so you can follow your orders status. We recommend reading Fastway's terms and conditions.

Indemnity

You will indemnify, defend and hold harmless “Jazzy Printing Online”, including its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, from and against all losses, claims, liabilities, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable lawyers' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms or any activity related to the service (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or by any other person accessing the service as your invitee, such as by using your account.
